Cogent is a sister company of SimplyBooksPH (dba NimblPH) based in Tagum City, Philippines, and for the purposes of expanding its reach to more highly-skilled talent and becoming geo-strategic for the business continuity of our clients. As the capacity of SimplyBooks grew, after more than 10 years of providing outsourced finance and accounting services, the company decided to establish Cogent Global Services in another strategic location to explore more flexibility in outsourcing services to its growing list of clients.
